Kamil’s work at Elhance involves ensuring that remedial work on building façade systems is executed to the highest possible standards of quality. His responsibilities include keeping track of installation progress via inspections, which helps ensure everything that needs to be done is done correctly and compliantly, without costly reworks.
Kamil has 12 years’ on-the-tools experience working on cladding and building façades. He significantly benefits from the opportunity that Elhance affords him to travel around the country, visiting sites and meeting new people – with whom he can share his knowledge and improve his skills.
Away from work, Kamil particularly enjoys spending time with his young children.
