Bill is a results-driven site manager here at Elhance, with expertise in site coordination, site compliance, and efficient project delivery. Bill’s greatest satisfaction comes from making a difference for customers, residents, or Employers (who are generally Resident Management Companies). He sees his role as a continual learning experience.
Bill saw great success on our Unity Street Bristol project, delivering it ahead of schedule. He credits his highly-committed team, who stepped up and performed exceptionally well during a very difficult and challenging period.
When not on site, you’ll find Bill working out at the gym – often in training for the Great North Run. He also enjoys cooking, baking, and a spot of retail therapy.
