Dean has almost 40 years’ site and construction experience, much of which is in the glazing aspect of facade construction. This is something that is highly-valued by everyone at Elhance, and he always strives to be better. To Dean, that’s the difference between doing a good job, and delivering a great project.
Dean finds it difficult to choose a specific project that he’s most proud of; to him, every completed project is a great win for the whole team at Elhance.
Outside of work, Dean enjoys reading, live music and comedy, and going for walks in the countryside.
