As Commercial Manager, Kevin has overview of all contract arrangements and the commercial outcomes of Elhance projects – essential for Elhance’s risk management.
Kevin’s role involves making key contributions to all contract agreements. Then, once projects are underway, he keeps a close eye on their performance against KPIs. Kevin has brought a stronger focus on the commercial aspects of a project for the whole team, which extends to reviewing final project outcomes to look for potential future improvements.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys music and playing a wide variety of sports.
