Deana’s role at Elhance involves acting as a link between the company and the users of the building we’re working on – whether they’re residents, businesses or property owners. Her primary goal is ensuring that everyone remains informed, supported, and treated fairly while any work is being planned or carried out. Deana is particularly adept at supporting vulnerable residents.
Deana derives satisfaction from the knowledge that her actions at Elhance help people, and minimise the impact of our work on their lives. She enjoys being part of the Elhance team – particularly as everyone is so passionate about their roles.
When she’s not liaising with residents, Deana enjoys open water swimming and world travel.
