Claire has been with Elhance since the very beginning, finding opportunity for the business. She specialises in external building façade remediation and surveying. Claire prides herself on being proactive, and exceeding expectations. She derives particular satisfaction from the knowledge that our customers trust our processes, and can see the clear passion we have for completing projects to a high standard.
As a woman in a male-dominated industry, Claire feels supported and empowered to do her best work at Elhance. She says: “to feel the respect [of my colleagues], and to be encouraged with guidance is very rewarding – especially when that guidance results in a win for the team”.
Outside of work, Claire loves ‘80s and ‘90s music, and describes herself as “the human master” to her three cats.
