Lucie supports projects from early design development through to delivery. Her role includes supporting Elhance’s team and projects by creating drawings and coordinating materials and technical information.
She also leads the day-to-day use and development of Procore across Elhance, helping to improve how we organise, access and communicate project information.
Lucie enjoys the variety of her role and being able to find practical solutions to clients’ problems. She particularly enjoys seeing projects develop from the information gathered through to the final implementation of the team’s decisions.
A career highlight for Lucie was taking a leading role in the implementation and development of Procore across Elhance. She was instrumental in creating efficient, clear ways of organising and accessing project information across the organisation.
Outside of work, Lucie enjoys art and crafts, as well as travelling and exploring new places.
