Adam brings over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, including 14 years in estimating, with managerial roles throughout his career. He leads Elhance’s estimating team, overseeing the early stages of projects, from client liaison and site surveys through to costing, logistics planning and the preparation of contractor proposal packages.
Having been with Elhance for seven years, Adam takes particular pride in being one of its founding team members. He has helped build and shape the business, finding it hugely rewarding to secure projects and see Elhance grow into the successful company it is today.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys socialising with friends, spending time with family and following rugby.
