Following his demonstration as a competent site manager, Luigi has developed his role at Elhance to include the practical delivery of FRAEW and ASI survey works. These involve the intrusive investigations that are essential to inform a building’s fire risk assessment. Whilst undertaking these works health and safety is paramount, as we work on occupied buildings. Luigi also coordinates planned maintenance and repair works for both new and existing customers.
Luigi takes pride in identifying potential issues early, and addressing them before they arise. Ultimately, he finds most satisfaction from knowing that the work delivered by the Elhance team as a whole has enhanced the safety and security of real people.
Luigi balances work with a part-time university degree. Away from the site, he enjoys spending time with his partner and their dog, learning about history, and karting.
